First time I have used RAW Travel and I will not ever use them again. Once they have your money the only thing, they care about is protecting their own business interests. While RAW Travel is not to blame for cancellation of travel plans due to COVID19, their response to customers seeking a refund reflects grossly poor appreciation of the impact on their customers and the imposition of unfair, inequitable, and unreasonable conditions and cancellation costs. While RAW Travel happily offer to hold your money and provide a full travel credit for future use until the end of 2021 ask for a refund and it is a different story and set of conditions. If booking with RAW Travel make sure you thoroughly read the fine print and get a clear copy of your agreement that details all the costs you are being charged including itinerary planning time, emails, meetings, and photocopying before you sign or pay anything. There is a lot this company does not tell you until they have all your money. Regrettably, as others have said previously on this feed poor service once they have your money.
