Never accepted apartment

The apartment was not accepted due to an active pest infestation. They refuse to give back my money. They are all unprofessional and shady and stay away from this place.

User's recommendation: Avoid.

Ravine Bluff Apartment Rental Review

Crooks that still money and drains your bank account . Make up fees to drain your account.Stay away from this place! Also this place is infested with bed bugs.

the management is very unprofessional,and uncaring .they steal and lie to their tenants and don't care.told them about dog *** and they ask me to get address when they rent and know what residents have dogs. also they attach so many unnecessary fee"s and the file evictions before you are two days late lie about how much lawyer fee is and just crazy and awful management. they put your eviction in the day before you plan to pay so they can get more money from the tenants. it's really sad but they know a lot of ppl are struggling and don't have many options. never rent here never!!! 09/02/15

Worst Place Ever

the management is very unprofessional,and uncaring .they steal and lie to there tenants and dont care. the landscaping is awful by my house and .the attach so many unneccessary fee"s and the file evictions before you are two weeks late lie about how much lawyer fee is and just crazy and awful management.they put your eviction in the day before you plan to pay so they can get more money from the tenants. its really sad but they know alot of ppl are struggling and dont have many options. I wish i would have taken more time to look around because they really suck . i wish i had a different phrase but thats the first thing that comes to my mind.

its really sad but they know alot of ppl are struggling and dont have many options. please investigate and don't let their smiles fool you they are very deceptive.

Don't ever apply for apt.here,if you put hold payment down they also have you do what they call paper work to hold the place and if you change your mind then all at once they claim it to be a lease.And try to hold you for the lease.They never took deposit.never took rent and never gave a copy.They will have you finish paper work and collect money when you come in and do the lease.I'm being charged for late fees UPGRADE and deposit.I never moved in due to health with family.Ive been told from many to get with my attorney.Guess I will need to do so as they wont even call me back regarding this matter.Columbus,Ohio
