Missing puzzle piece
missing piece I have tried everything to help me get one piece to finish my puzzle. Can't get anything by phone or on email. I have no issue with Ravensburger; I just would like some results.

Missing puzzle piece
No one has replied to me yet. I only need to find out how to get a missing piece.
I can't get any response of any kind. I have gotten emails, but no contact.

I bought a new puzzle, and it's missing a piece in the Sgt. Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band album.
The puzzle wasn't even opened when I started. It was still in the plastic and in the mylar bag inside the box.
I'm very irritated that I can't complete this puzzle. I don't have a receipt because the puzzle was a gift.

Missing one puzzle piece
When I got down to finishing the puzzle I was missing one piece as you can see in the photo. I called Ravensburger and was not given an option to talk to a person. So I submitted by email.

Missing piece
I have just finished working Ravenburger puzzle, The Gardeners Palette. The puzzle # is 80 366. The piece that was not in the box is the 3rd piece to the right and the 6th piece down from the top.
I am grateful it is a Ravenburger puzzle because I have heard such good things about them.
I would love for that puzzle piece to be replaced so I can completely enjoy it!

Resolved: Missing puzzle pieces
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
Purchased Collectors Edition of the Dumbo puzzle #19 676 0 ca. 70 x 50 cm 1000 pieces and its missing 5 pieces wanted to know how we can obtain.

Never received puzzles I bought
All I want are my puzzles, but no one has given me any answers on why I haven't received them. Ravensburger has excellent and beautiful puzzles. I just don't understand why I haven't received the puzzles I ordered.

I called Customer Service to let them know the Ravenburger puzzle I just worked was missing a piece when I completed the puzzle. I enjoy working their puzzles because of the pictures and the quality.

Looking for Master Labrinth 1992 board game
This is not a complaint. I am trying to find the Master Labyrinth 1992 board game.
My 20 year old granddaughter from Camas WA was visiting me in Chicago IL this week.
She does not enjoy playing games. However, she watched other family members play the game and she played a few rounds. She loved the game!
She wanted to take the game home with her but that was not an option. We
If anyone has this game and no longer plays it, I would be willing to purchase it from you to surprise her.
