You charge the subcription twice
Rate my agent charged me twice for the subscription, and I don't know to whom I can contact to get my money back.

Several questions
I cannot reach RateMy Agent by phone. I have tried calling the number which was online and it says it is not a working number. I went on Chat and ask for the correct phone number and was told I needed to pay a dollar and put in my credit card in order to get that answer.
This is ridiculous.
