Yes I still have no Package that I ordered from you from the website I didn't spend all this money to not receive my package there's no reason it should be sitting in Las Vegas Nevada for now going on 2 weeks it's this is ridiculous you're telling me the US mail does not come to your building every day that's foolish I want to talk to human

I attempted to order two red bracelets. One in size S/M And the other in Lg.
Because the offer was BOGO I chose to accept your kind offer. BUT you cant BOGO and get TWO DIFFERENT SIZES.
Pure and simple. If you want two different sizes, you must buy four and pay for two.
If you do not understand, call me.

Question about a particular product
This is not a complaint I am trying to see if I can change something on one of the bracelets I really like the Manny Machado bracelet I just want to change the name on it or just put basic metal pieces on the end of the bracelet without his name being on there. If somebody could email me or call me which would be so much better maybe we can resolve the issue
Preferred solution: I want to purchase this item I just do not want Manny Machado at the ends of the bracelet where the metal pieces usually are I don't know what they're called but I would like for those just to be white or just blank
