Unfinished contractual agreement
- - Rarewaves.CA accepted payment via Amazon.ca and claimed a June 3, 2024 delivery, but the item never arrived and no replacement was offered.
Rarewaves.CA accepted my money payment through Amazon.ca and said that they had sent the item out for shipping with the arrival date of June 3rd 2024 the item never arrived to the shipping address all the while knowing that they never sent it out.
They never offered me a similar product with an extra surcharge at any time, while I waited since April 2024 when I purchased their product on Amazon.ca. This is why I am reporting their crappie business practices...
