I spent almost a $1000 on a wig. There was something wrong with it so I contacted my credit card after that I took it to the salon and they fixed it.

The wig company asked me to contact my credit card to stop the charge back which I did. Twice, I even have the emails to prove it. So I wasn't even aware there was a problem I run a company so don't check all my email accounts all the time... For some reason, now, the wig company will not sell to me..

Which is bad enough. But then my sister-in-law was doing a show liked the wig that I had gotten. So she wanted to try it. She tried buying 2 wigs over almost $2000.

She was trying to spend with this company and they would not accept her money and would not sell her anything. Everything she tried to buy. They would say was out of stock and refund it even when it said it was in stock on the website.. This is absolutely unacceptable for a wig company that is supposed to be top-notch and respectable.

I have never seen a wig company.

Turn down money for no reason at all. My sister in law was extremely hurt and had to do her show without any wig, because she was waiting for the one from raregen. And was told at the last minute that she was being refunded. Do not order from this company.They hold grudges over the simplest things instead of acting professional, and they take it as far as family members.

Let me make it clear I did not receive a free wig my card was fully charged and I paid for it..I would understand if they had refumded me . But that was not the case the company received 100 percent of their money

Preferred solution: I would like an apology for being blamed for something. I did not do because I was told that. I did not contact my credit card to fix the problem. When I did, and I would like an apology for my sister-in-law that went to a show without what she needed.
