I too have contacted BB as I keep getting charges to my account after ordering a free sample. I do not want ANY of their products and want my accountcancelled immediately!!!

I am still waiting for my credit over a month now and no news. I tried a few phone calls and nobody knows anything. You must have had my return by now. So please issue the credit. I would like an answer if it is possible. I have to pay my Master Card.

Charges to my account that I want removed
You billed my account $145.00 after receiving my FREE sample. Stop with any other subscription fees and cancel anything to do with my account. I am very dissapointed that you have done this. I have contacted the bbb about this. These are not free samples. I may have ended up liking the product but do to the money that was taken from my account without my permission I will not be buying anything. Cancel any other payments please

Yup nothing in the end is free I only order things that do not have future billing without your say so how do you think Brinkley is so rich!!!
