I replied to a free trial of Rare Refinery skin cream and serum and paid for the shipping. I contacted the company within the 14 day cancellation period as I was unemployed.
The sample did not arrive until over a month later.
The company took $152.16 immediately after my cancellation call and again this month I found a further $152.16 was taken. Without my consent and without every contacting at any point by email they used my bank account information that I had provided for shipping costs only.
Rare Refinery Skin - Wonderous skin on calling them again I found that the sample is not free it is $152.16 and they will not provide a full refund despite the creams being in the original sealed packaging.

Yup nothing in the end is free I only order things that do not have future billing without your say so how do you think Brinkley is so rich!!!
