Hello, I have contacted via the support website multiple times with no luck in getting this issue resolved. I am trying to reach someone who will hopefully answer my questions.
I have gotten a RedBeard error whilst not breaking the Terms of Service. I would love to be able to communicate with a support agent who is willing to show me HOW I broke the terms of service to receive this error, when I clearly have not.
