I needed hands on to see what the problem with my backings were Rare carat did try to resolve it but never saw what was the problem either my ear I went to certify Jewel here a repair guy never looked

I went to a jeweler certified jewelry in Naples, Florida repair guy never looked at my ear. He just said hed have to put a new post in and a backing and it would be $445.
Of course I did not get it done. I went to a small jeweler that I used, and the owner was there. He not only looked at my ear. He opened the box and said I think I can help you.
He took a plastic circular stopper for my ear, put it on and it was fine in both ears.
I asked what I owed him and he said nothing. Sometimes you just have to know who you can trust because the jewelry business is out to make a profit but when you are deceptive and dont care trust is so important.

Love earrings disaster with backing they couldve sent me pictures of the backings and giving me strong advice on what backings are good for me. Giorgio did say that she felt the quartet might be good but no one ever called me or did anything.
I had a callback today customer service instead of them calling me however I did not see the email that came from Sarah until today and Ive spoken to three people about this situation. Sarah isnt in today so theyre gonna call me back I dont feel that.
