I need to speak with a representative but all I get is the automated system, it continues to repeat the prompts.
User's recommendation: Find some other way to contact them because no one answers the phone.

Verified Reviewer New ReviewerHow can I get an "Electric Line Short Circuit/fuse device installed on my electric pole?
Gentlemen: My name is Sheila D. Anderson-Pitts and I reside at {{Redacted}} . (Phone 267-471-****). My electric service is interrupted every two to three weeks for problems that are unknown to me. My brother, Aaron Bailey, who resides right next door to me at 11290 Michaels Rd does not experience this problem nor anyone that is on his line. My brother has a electrical pole right in front of his home which separates the switches to Michaels Rd and to Bath Rd. He very seldom loses power and always gets his power restored within 2 to 3 days before me when there is a long term power outrage. He has an "electric line short circuit/fuse" on his line. My question is, can I and the neighbors that are affected on my line which consist of only 4 houses from what I understand, receive an "electric line short circuit/fuse" installed on the pole that control my line which also affects the other 4 houses. I understand that this device may reduce the number of outrages and assist in getting my house back on line along with other homes. I would like to receive a reply asap because now I am ready to sell my home and land because I cannot live like this anymore. I do have a generator, however, I am a frail senior citizen female who can no longer crank a generator this often. I cannot afford a whole house generator.
