I hired Rapid Repair to do some small projects. I received an e mail detailing the 3 small projects to be done. Then I get a voicemail from the tech about other work he did, he did not call me and get permission for the extra work. The extra work cost me $250. They say it was ok for him to do the extra work and I was aware of there fees???? Not true, I am fighting these fees through my credit card company and BBB. So far I haven't received any money back from them. I am a widow on a strict budget and they just do not care. They are the biggest rip off company.
