USPS address change scam
I recently tried to do a local mail change which was supposed to be 1.10 this company called rapid mail looked like the post office once I complete everything to have my mail changed it ask for my bank info thinking it was time to pay my dollar and ten this company charged me $59.00 instantly without informing me of the cost so I quickly go back in and ask for a refund and I cant get in touch with anyone not even 24hr live chat and each time I put my order number in it says this is not a valid number or email but I have screenshots of the emails they sent and my bank statements which they are going under rightsidemove.com I just want my money back I work 12 to 15 hr shifts daily just to survive I can not afford for this to happen
