I HAD TAKEN THE CAR TO THEIR SERVICE DEPT FOR ABOUT 8 MONTHS STRAIGHT AND THEY COULDN'T FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS GOING ON.

THEY KEPT FIXING DIFFERENT THINGS ON THE CAR AND THE PROBLEMS STILL REMAINED.I ENDED UP TRADING THE CAR IN AT ANOTHER DEALERSHIP THAT GAVE ME AN AWESOME DEAL , WHEN THEY RAN THE CARFAX THEY TOLD ME ABOUT THE PRIOR WRECKS, AND ALSO TOLD ME THAT RANDY CURNOW SHOULD HAVE OFFERED ME A CARFAX. SO I WOULD RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO GET THAT DONE BEFORE YOU BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!

After one week car's transmission went out.

JUST WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW THEY ARE *** IF SOMETHING ISN'T DO E SOON THE NEWS AND MY ATTORNEY WILL BE CONTACTING THEM? THEY NEED TO MAKE THIS RIGHT!

IT'S PEOPLE LIKE THIS THAT GIVE CAR DEALERS A BAD NAME! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

The car dealer will not release my car due to a dangerous condition with the steering wheel.

I am making my car payments to RC Auto Credit, KCK. I took my car in to get the oil changed and was preparing to take a trip to Chicago. Randy Curnow would not release it since May 31st. Problems they are looking at happened in 3/2009 when Jay Wolfe did not complete the necessary repairs.

Can you help re: 2007 PT Cruiser? American Family Insurance say at this current time they could not be liable for any repairs Spoke to their claims agent: Dan Call, 816-356-****.
