Randox system crashes when uploading home test results for fit to fly

The Randox system continually crashed and closed in the 15minute allocated time to upload 24 hr antigen fit to fly home test result..therefore no certificate for neg result received.causing extreme stress and anxiety as I was flying out that day.

Had to pay additional £35 for airport express test with other company.

Now they are refusing refund saying not their fault. System failure was out with my control. Their product and service is not fit for purpose avoid them like the plague..

The lady that answered call was very nice. But I have spoken to 4 other people from randox regarding the same issue of a refund and still waiting so at the moment I would only give it 1 star and hopefully get my refund sorted.

Cancelled test customer service

After paying £200 for tests they sent a link to their handy drop boxes, the nearest one to where a would be staying is 60 miles away and would mean a 5 and half hour round trip by public transport. And the change in covid rules.

Funny how they can send emails and send

tests out what you don't need, but you can't stop the process.

I tried before they took the money off of my credit card.

Then before they processed.

Then before they dispatched.

I have still had no contacts with a human being to get a refund or confirmation of my cancellation. Totally the worst service ever!

Bought a lateral flow test due to foreign travel, but wasnt supplied with a URN with the email confirmation for the government locator form, invalidating the whole process.
