Locked debir card in Colombia ?

I need to use my credit card And its been declining I called yesterday to customer service and the told me to contact again forgot the extension just so yall know im in The country of Colombia so they can let me have access to my account TIA

User's recommendation: Let ur bank accounts when u r traveling to a place so theyll know its u.

Acces to my money and be able to go to any atm and get cash or use the card to places or any need i experienced i Never traveled this far so i didn’t know or wasn’t planning either to use this debit card Next time I’ll ask before any other trip
