I was on phone for at least more than 30 minutes when I was being connected to another department. While waiting I got disconnected and never received a call back.none

I need to use my credit card
And its been declining I called yesterday to customer service and the told me to contact again forgot the extension just so yall know im in The country of Colombia so they can let me have access to my account

Preferred solution: Acces to my money and be able to go to any atm and get cash or use the card to places or any need i experienced i Never traveled this far so i didn’t know or wasn’t planning either to use this debit card Next time I’ll ask before any other trip

American general tried taking money out of my ca disability acct last month and u guys had them put it back well they did it again this month.and I want my 197.00 back in my acct .I've also advised u guys no one is to touch my ca acct unless I give u guys the ok
