Order Missing
- - ShopPay caused duplicate orders.
- - No phone support; duplicates can't be canceled and the second order arrived.
- - First order shipped fast; shampoo differs.
R and Co pushes their orders through ShopPay which is annoying. For some reason ShopPay froze and didn't complete my order so I tried again.
Result - ended up with duplicate orders. I email the company right away (they have no working customer service phone number) so cancel the duplicate order. They said they could not cancel the duplicate order since orders are processed in an automated system. But I could return the second order.
My first order shipped quickly (although the shampoo smells and works completely different from the salon shampoo - why??). My second order number arrive. I contacted the company again and they said contact the shipping company. I contacted the shipper and they say contact R and Co.
neither will help me.
So frustrating. Never again!

I didn't receive the discount for my promo code, even though the message on the site said the promo discount "would be taken at checkout". I've tried to reach customer service -- by e mail, text, and called a phone number, but got recording that there "is no one available to take your call" multiple times.
In the past, I was able to reach their customer service, but now ... wth is going on???
User's recommendation: Buy in store, if you can. But R+Co products are not wodely available in stores. For now, I'd say don't expect your promo codes to work. Also, I couldn't access PayPal!!! They forced me to use Shop Pay!!!!! I am really a Pissed Consumer.

Nobody is getting back to me about getting products in my salon and I already carry your line.. I'm very very upset with this company at this point and I used to love them!
