A liar and does not supervise the job. he got caught lying and I had no trust related to him.
I could never recommend this person. His job I would give a B. He also lied to me and that is why I could never trust him nor would ever have him do additional work. He remodeled and tiled a shower, I asked that he remove the insulation that looked moldy and replace it. He told it would be done. I asked him to open the Durarock and he hemmed and hawed. I called his bluff and lo and behold he never removed and replaced the insulation. He only opens his mouth to change feet. He leaves and leaves his worker unsupervised and his worker doesn't speak English and made mistakes. There was a grout line very excessive on one tile because the tile was cut short. It was terrible, I made his worker come back and break the tile out and replace it and re-grout. I had to sit around and babysit his worker, I wasted a lot of time. He also wanted to charge additional for minor extra items in my opinion should have been part of teh job. There were other issues. I could go on, but this should suffice. If you hire him you will regret it.
