Resolved: My new truck quit working and a tow truck is on the way to take it back to the Service Department
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
My truck is still sitting in the place where the wrecker dropped it off. It pissed me off very much,,and I left unresolved
All the electrical shut down and the warning lights are on,it won't start again and I'm waiting on a tow truck to take it back to the dealership
Fuse replacement
- - Fuse box under the steering wheel and hard to reach.
- - Ramey Ford quoted $10 plus fuses; they were too busy at 1 pm and the customer will not return.
the interior fuse box is under the steering wheel and very hard to reach. I had called ramey ford and they said 10.00 plus fuses no apt necessary.
I wanted 2 replaced. 2 minutes or less. just pop the old one out and pop the new one in. I took my car in at 1 pm and was told that they were too busy and to come back later or the next day.
their attitude is our way or no way too bad for you.
I complained to the store mgr and he would not stop talking he followed me to my car and was still talking when I drove away if its this much trouble to replace 2 fuses I cannot imagine what kind of hassle there would be with a larger repair. I will never go to this company again
