Owes refund

Hired Lou Rambowski to install a deck and brick stairs. Provided deposits for material and never delivered materials. He provided excuse after excuse - Trouble with permits, weather, family and staff, doesn't trust the neighborhood to leave material. I declined his services and requested a refund of my deposits. Now he is saying 6-8 weeks for vendor to return money. Two months and no word from him

Fail to return deposits

Provided deposits for materials to build a deck and brick stairs. Claimed issues with getting proper permits, claimed issues with weather.When informed to cancel work. Refuse to return deposits or deliver material. Fail to provide invoices. Poor communication. Submitted claims with PA attorney with hope they could help. Next is to file criminal charges

Stay far away, save yourself from headaches. Takes deposits and doesn't deliver materials. Will provide a ton of excuses why he can't perform a job.Do not trust this guy

Dissatisfied

Wanted deposit for doing nothing, made excuses, didnt show, would not return any of the deposit, returned materials and received store credit after we paid for them. We canceled project but he kept $2,000 for a total half-day of work. We read the reviews too late but we were able to cancel before he went any further and constructed something unsafe, so we partially dodged a bullet.

Completely *** contractor

Extremely sloppy job. Does not have the proper tools. Extremely slow. Hired for decking. Gave really bad advice and suggestions on other home improvement. Also lied about the work in progress and building it correctly. Had some professionals come by and tell me it was absolutely crap and wrong. Found on home advisor / angi.com / homeadvisor.com The good review must be a fake... the minimal star reviews were the real experience of Lou Rambowski https://www.homeadvisor.com/rated.BlueLineServices.12480****.html
