- - Advertised 1000W but only 750W; battery replacement shipped.
- - Front forks and throttle failed; 105 miles; warranty expired, parts only, no trade-in.
Bought the bike and it was suppose to be a 1000w bike. When on max power it would only go up to 750w.
Called Rambo and they told me it was the battery and would ship a new one. A week went by, nothing, called Rambo bake and they said I have to drive my bike an hour to one of their dealers. Drop the bike off waited a week and a half to get the bike back. Go pick it up was told everything works as it should, tested it in the parking lot still at 750w.
Told the service guy its doing the same thing and he said runs as it should. Called Rambo back the next day and had to set up a meeting with a guy in gas station parking lot to look at the programming. Turns out it was programmed wrong so he did fix that. So..
first trip out hunting 2nd day out of a 2 week trip the front fork shocks blow out and leak all the oil out, called Rambo they did send a new pair out.( bike had 27 miles at this time) put the new forks on ran great for about another 30 miles. Then go on another hunting trip and then the throttle quite working. Called Rambo said they would send out another one. Took 2 weeks to get a throttle.
Installed that work fine again for about another 50 miles. So went out west hunting took the bike and going up a slight hill, hear a loud snap and like always something breaks, cant pedal it cant use the throttle nothing. Stuck in the woods with only thing I can do is walk it back down the mountain AGAIN!! So come to the first down hill where I can just glide down.
Half way down the front shocks blow out again. The bike has 105 total miles. Called Rambo they said its not under warranty anymore so I will have to buy all the parts.
Wont let me trade it in for a different one nothing . You spend $4,200 bucks on an e-bike one would think you should be able to have some realizability out of it.
User's recommendation: Buy a different brand
