Becareful of what you get with this company. They say the deposit is refundable for good cause by they decide what is good cause and they will take out what they desire INCLUDING the free estimate trips. They also cancel alot causing the work date to move so you could end up risking your deposit or a portion thereof if you decide to back out. So buyer beware. Some companies out there will move work startup dates hoping you back out so they keep the deposit. Don't let that happen to you! The contracts they draw up have a ton of clarifications that are not favoring you but favoring them.
