Be very wary of shopping in the Gloucester premium outlets Polo Outlet
I bought two shirts marked XL on Labor Day. I tried one on in the store and it fit,I took home twoXLs. It was too warm to wear them for a month so when it got cold iwore one and it fit,when i went to wear the third one it was way too small.I took it back to the store and tried to exchange it for the same item.They would not take it back even though I had credit card proof of purchase and had promotional offers on my email which they claimed to not have,Don’t bother to call their complaint number because they will keep lying to you as they have to me for a month They even accused me of stealing the item even though my credit card showed that I bought it

This is a sad day. I used to be a huge polo fan, purchasing clothing on a regular basis.
I went into the Outlet Store in Chesterfield, MO, with my family to shop and walked by 8 sales associates. Not one addressed me or greeted me. I was not dressed wearing my wealth on my sleeve as I came from a Little League game, and felt because of that, I was not given the time of day. When I addressed it with the manager, his response blew my mind.
He was on his cell phone trying to figure out how to apparently work the Internet, questioning why is google doing that. After getting his attention I discussed that I walked by 8 of his associates and not one addressed me. He literally escalated and blatantly lie that his associates would never do that. Then my wife overheard one of the associates saying I must’ve been counting the mannequins.
I could go on and on about the nastiness and how polo has diminished it’s customer service. I have been trying to make several attempts to be heard and file a formal complaint with Polo, but they do not call or respond back.
The actions of the store, this management, Bert, and the area manager, Cheryl, which also has never returned a phone call to discuss Burt’s inappropriate behaviors is unacceptable.
So I guess with all of that said, I am really excited to shop at quality places like Vineyard Vines and Nordstroms more consistently, and not give Polo my business ever again. The sad part is it’s being ran into the ground; stock prices are at an all time low.
So if you’re in St.
Louis Missouri, be careful of this polo outlet store because little man Bert may try to attempt to throw abusiveness towards you. Also, make sure to dress up because not only was I profiled social economically, but also, profiled racially.

Collars of any kind of solid color Polo shirt fade within a few months.
I have bought Polo shirts for a very long time and have not had any complaints until the last 3 or 4 years. I wear a lot of navy blue, black, and different shades of green.
After a few months I start to see the color in the collars fading. When that happens you can`t wear the *** any longer. It is very noticeable and also now very annoying. I bought a navy blue Polo *** a few months ago here at Macy`s in Newport Beach.
I was giving Polo one more chance. As of today I cannot wear the shirt any longer. I am a professional business person and my appearance is very important to me. I cannot be the only person complaining about this matter.
I also see that Polo is made in China. What an absolute disgrace.....
Please help me for my loyalty to Polo for 35 yrs. Help me out...

Discrimination
I did some shopping at the Riverhead Polo factory store. I couldn't find certain items in certain colors or size.
I had to purchase the items on line in the store, the sales person didn't try to assist me to locate other colors, they weren't knowledgeable of the brand. Their answer was " if we don't have the color we can't find the color".
After purchasing whatever they could find on line from other stores I waited for my delivery. The delivery was incomplete and when I called the store to inquire about my order they were very, very nasty.
I called other factory stores and they stated that Riverhead factory store was the worse in customer satisfaction.
I was given a number to file a formal complaint, I made the complaint and was told that I would get a follow up call. The call was never received.
In closing, I used to love the brand but now I have to reconsider my fashion investments with this company / brand.
