Raizer sells a piece of junk and refuses to refund
- We bought a Raizer to help my wife after a fall.
- It never worked, was too large for many areas, and repairs paid for didn't help.
They REFUSE to offer ANY savings, so I have a piece of junk that I am going to throw in the trash.
Raizer STILL refuses to honor ANY REFUND after paying about $3000 for the piece of JUNK. We can't sell it as it doesn't work. We have put it in the TRASH where it belongs, and we have bought a BathLyft at under $300, which we have used 5X so far with easy results, and it only sits at 2 inches off the floor, making it very easy to slide onto and then the hydraulic lifts the patient up 20 inches to slide to the wheelchair.
Raizer sold us the Raizer that we thought was good to help my wife get up when she falls. The thing never worked and was too large to get into many areas.
We sent it back for repairs, paid them for the repairs and it STILL WOULDN'T WORK. They have refused to do anything and we are STUCK with a useless
