I cant believe that nobody called me or text me and allowed an international charge of over 2000. I realized when my other bank called to verify a charge.
Then I try calling and it was horrible. How can I put my card number if I dont have it.
I am so disappointed of the service I get from this bank. I have not used the account actively because when I think about changing everything over you guys have disappointed me.
