Rewards deleted and poor customer service

I had two 6-piece box meals that disappeared. We eat at RC 3-4 times a month and love it.

But Jasmine in customer service was rude and condescending, and did not address my issue. Instead, she told me to get over it and take a screenshot next time.

It was the worst customer service I have ever had - and I lost two 6-piece box meals. I guess it is a sign to go to a different chicken restaurant.

Improvement needed on quality of good

I always go to Canes for food on West Broad Street in Columbus, Ohio, at least once a week, but I kind of don't want to anymore. This is the second time I've found hair inside the chicken batter, and it doesn't belong to me. The service is great, but I highly recommend hair nets.

Employees asked me to leave because of an accident

I was happy to see Canes open in Miami and was excited to visit because I had heard so much about them online. I ordered a 3-piece fingers meal with hot sauce.

The chicken was tasty but something with the sauce didn't sit well with me and I had an accident trying to get another soda. Most stayed in my pants, so I didn't leave a mess, but there was a smell. I still wanted to finish my chicken without the sauce, but a rude employee said they had complaints about me and I had to leave.

The next bus didn't come for 25 minutes, so I had to sit in the heat outside and didn't get to refill my drink. They need to be more understanding of customers who have accidents.

Others eating there don't need to eat their food smelling your as s. You should have known better, but you stayed. They were right to kick you out.

She is known for this around the Miami area and has done it before at Church’s Chicken and at a casino.

The location in Penrose Plaza, Southwest Philadelphia, PA has really gone downhill.

The last two times I have used their drive-thru the have failed to give me the senior citizen discount even after I asked and was told they would. In addition it now seems they do not give you any napkins.

This problem mayhave happened at other times but I would need to check my receipts.

I called on Oct 13, 2023 to complain about it and the young woman who answered refused to connect me to the store manager. First she said she was a manager then said she was an assistant manager.

User's recommendation: Stay away from Raising Canes Chicken Fingers especially if you are a senior citizen.

Preferred solution: Since you offer the senior citizen discount give it and don't mislead your customers about giving it. Improve your customer service. When a customer asked for the store manager don't say you're the manager when you're actually an assistant.
