This company will sell on contract with just anybody. The neighbors that we have been cursed with forged paystubs to get approved, meaning Rainbow Realty does NOT verify employment nor do they do criminal background checks before approving people. In return the whole neighborhood has been cursed with tenants who disturb our peace with raging alcoholic and literally tears the walls down, busting out windows etc. In 1 week there were 9 police calls to the address of tenants. Numerous calls to 911 were made and also Numerous calls to Rainbow Realty including a call from impd. The other night the same happened, the raging alcoholic tearing up the house, outside screaming and cussing at the top of his lungs. Police was there 2 times in less than 1 hour. Upon contacting Rainbow, they simply say there is nothing they can do about the problem. Next step is filing a civil complaint with the city against the Realty company. Bottom line is criminal background checks and employment verification needs to be a must. I sure hope Noone else has to deal with unruly neighbors like us because here is literally NO peace here.

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
rainbow Realty Group Inc. In Indianapolis Indiana is the biggest scam against the less fortunate who can't finance a home with traditional financing this company will take advantage of anybody they are being investigated by the Attorney General for doing just that I hope they are forced to shut their doors and the owner is forced to think about where he's going to live I can't stand these kind of people they claim they can help the less fortunate but all they do is steal from the less fortunate what money they actually have left They get them to live in these houses that are uninhabitable tell them they own it they must take care of it and pay the taxes on it because they own it but the minute they missed a payment they take them to court tell the judge they were just renting it most people that buy these houses cant afford a attorney they don't know any type of legal questions to ask when signing any type of documentation like this they rush through the documents without representation all in all you will never own the house With this company it's all just a scam

Jim Hotka has grown fat and very wealthy off of the backs of the poor. He's a predator and will make you a victim if you try to buy one of his dilapidated messes he calls a home. Go ANYWHERE else!!!!!!!!

I was going to purchase a property from there but it seems like it's a win-win situation for them and lose lose situation for the customers they seem to be taking a vantage of people with bad credit

Same exact scenario with Laura's FLP, Americhina ultimate llc

Laura Zhao, Lei, Falp or one of many aliases. conducts business same way Told we own the house and then fixes original documents. These companies are running rampant and getting away with Real Estate fraud and THEFT!

Yes exactly after you spend your own $ to fix the house up then take to court saying you are only renting it even though ads and out of her own mouth on recording which I took to court says 7 years rent to own but that is all a scam judge says the way agreement is wrote up you are only paying $50 a month toward buying then at 7 years you must finance house and there isn't. Anyone who can do anything about this in Indiana all attorneys obviously only care about who has money wow.

You can put a lien on the properties in the Laura case if you keep all receipts and can also charge labor within state guidelines and the lien will go against the property and owner where she also changes owner names through state every year to avoid the taxes she is supposed to pay and don't. But this will only help you way later if she actually sells property where then you will get your money due to you.
