I've been wanting a large Green Egg for a long time and I finally ordered one from Eddie with Rainbow Play Systems. He came out and set it up for me and showed me how to use it and everything. These are awesome grills. I've got friends with the knockoffs and they just aren't the same. I cooked, 4 steaks, a ton of chicken and bacon wrapped jalapenos this past Saturday on two handfuls of charcoal. The ability to control the temps perfectly is unmatched by any other grill I've ever owned. Definitely buy the accessories, they are designed by Green Egg enthusiast specifically for the Green Egg.
