No Service No response when contacted

I bought several items on their website rainbowimaging.biz and paid by Paypal. I got an email immediately after to say that there was a payment error. It asked me to contact them immediately or my order will not be shipped. I tried repeatedly to email them (no telephone number to ring) for 2 days to clarify what was wrong and even provided them the Paypal receipt number but NO response whatsoever. Most companies would have resolved this within minutes. I think I would have to submit a dispute resolution with Paypal to get my money back. So far they are not shipping and I have paid. Theo

Wrong delivery and NO Service support to talk about!

Like the previous writers have noted, I ordered a product from the Rainbowimaging.biz website. Unfortunately the product was sent to my Billing Address instead of the DELIVERY address which was clearly stated in the invoice order. I tried repeatedly emailing the company (no telephone number available on their website) and received NO response. As such my product was left languishing and abandoned given my billing and delivery address are in 2 separate states (Portland vs New Orlean) ! Its frustrating as there is no service support to talk about regarding the wrong delivery. This is certainly the last time they get my business!

No service & support from FB to assist with my account pop up preventing me from logging into my FB account. I emailed FB support & security numerous times over the last nearly two weeks but I haven’t received any response or assistance. I’m also concerned that my FB account has been hacked.

Rainbow Imaging Photo Supplier

If you are a photographer, and you buy online as I do, you will probably buy from Amazon.com. I recently purchased two items from Rainbow Imaging www.rainbowimaging.biz, and only one item was received. I have no problem with people making mistakes, I've made them too. So, I wrote a polite letter asking them to send the missing item which was listed in the packing slip. They didn't respond. The next day, I sent off another letter, more strongly worded. Still, no response. The third day, today, I sent a third letter, and still no response. I went to their web site to send them an online email on the "Contact Us" section, but twice it errored out and would not send the email. Finally, I sent a letter to Amazon, and they were prompt and helpful. They told me a refund was given the previous day by the seller. The seller, Rainbow Imaging, never bothered to let me know via email or any other way. Perhaps one should be happy with the refund, but any time a seller fails to communicate or apologize and make good on a mistake, they become suspect. I feel had I not been a pain in their back, they would never have bothered to give me any refund. I also feel their online "Contact" page is deliberately not working, as they have no email or phone number listed anywhere on their pages. This just adds more suspicion to their style of business. This is not the first time I've had bad experience with NY online businesses, they seem to be very shady with the exception of a few.

I had almost th eexact experience with these people. They'd sent me the a partially incorrect order.

Couldn't get a response from Rainbow no matter what. Still trying to get the issue resolved. Way to musch stress.

Then you get a *** like JOJI who wants a product review...I think he or she is missing the point here! Give me a break.
