Dissatisfact for poor performanceion

I ordered a Mevo Plus monitor for $1,999. Money was withdrawn from Debit card but Rain or Shine claims they have no record of my order. My bank statement shows the $ was withdrawn by Rain or Shine. Their manager said to take it up with my debit card company. The guy I bought it from {Steve) won't apparently acknowledge the order even though he confirmed order had gone through and would send confirmation right away but never did.

User's recommendation: Rain Or Shine products are apparently very good their sales people and management get a big fat G, which is a grade lower than an F.
