Missing parts
There was no INTERACTION with Rain Bird. No one will talk to you.
I am returning the products to Lowe’s. They can deal with you.
I could never get through on your idiotic system. It should not be called customer service. There was none.
Preferred solution: I would like to actually speak to someone in tech customer service . I have to drive 100 miles to return the sprinklers to Lowe’s when a part costing less than $1.00 would make it be brand new

ST8 2.0 won't connect to internet
- - ST8 2.0 won't connect to internet.
- - It stalls at Validating security token; LEDs flash green and red; PIN, SSID, and WiFi password are correct.
Subject line says it all... ST8 2.0 won't connect to internet
the ST8 connect through the app on my android
it has the green & red flashing LED
it has the correct PIN
it has the correct SSID
it has the correct WiFi password (I tested it with another device...)
it just sits there displaying 'Validating security token...'
I know the network connection is strong (there is a WiFi repeater right next to the ST8 that other devices work fine with...)

My kids got me this for farthers day because I was having fits with my old one I live in Montana and my kids in north dakota . They never kept the receipt check box before they leave the store.
