Full of excuses when u want to withdraw and very rude chat assistance
I wanted to withdraw on the 6th of June just to find my acc still not verified, no problem with deposit though. Sent all required documents to documents@***.com as requested the same day
Sent numerous mails to support that kept sending automated mails confirming feedback within 72 hours, received a mail for the 1st time today 16June stating that they require my ID document once again after sending it on the 6th already
Spoke to a chat consultant today that was extremely rude confirming that he is escalating my issue and I will receive feedback within 24 hours also claiming that my ID book ain't valid, how on earth can my ID book not be valid
User's recommendation: Do not use Raging Bull check their reviews, I should have done that before hand

I requested that my winnings be approved for withdrawal, only for them to take my winnings. Why get approved to withdraw my winnings just to have them taken?
