Waiting for response from quality team
I would say the jury is OUT until I hear back letting me know that they have read and respond to my issue of holes in my delicate washed and line dried medium striped t shirt that has not even been washed ten times.

- - They admitted it was an error but kept advertising and emailing the promo.
Yet another promotion email sent today claiming %15 off orders over $300 they have no intention of honoring. New screenshot added.
Still sending out promotions (daily!) claiming additional 15% off orders of $300+ and website claiming the same. New screenshots attached.
Rag & Bone is running a sale claiming 15% off orders over $300. After purchasing over $300 in products they will not honor the 15% nor allow me to cancel the order. They admitted it was an error on their website but they continue to advertise it and email me the same promotion.
