Discussed with management in Elizabethtown Ky

I was sitting and eating my food in one of the booths when I over heard a manager yelling at one the employees that was clearly upset. She was with her spouse or at least I thoughts that who he was. The manager was telling at them to leave the establishment when they were trying to file a complaint regarding one of the other managers. It had something to do with this manager sexually harassing the female servers. I asked my waiter whose name I will not reveal for her safety what was going on and she explained to me that the female server who was mad was telling the truth but she wasn’t going to get in it because she didn’t want to lose her job. She told me that he harassed her every where she went and her husband or boyfriend had to intervene on multiple occasions. From what I could hear the server said shes filed numerous complaints and the managers just don’t care. I could see that she was outraged and I feel bad for her that she has to go to work under those conditions. The manager instead of helping the server throughout occasions at her boyfriend saying that he was threating her when all I heard him say was what are you guys going to do about this. i thought she was extremely rude and disrespect to him and her and honestly she didn't seem to care at all. Not only that after they left she proceeded to talk about the server as if she was not a human being. I have been coming to Raffertys for a long time and this is not the only time I've seen this same manager treat her employees this way. I just hope for that girls sake someone tries to hear her out because she was just trying to do the right thing.

Offensive wait staff

Dining at the Lexington location (not the one on hamburg) my waiter used the word "retard" twice, complained the kitchen staff were idiots and cussed while he spoke with us. I enjoy the facility and food but staff like that really brings the business down. I did refuse to tip him in honor of my special needs son. I remember his name was Alex S on the receipt. I'm highly upset and really don't plan on returning due to the fact of possibly having the same server. Please have some sensitivity training with your staff. I thank you in advance! Have a great day

You are going to have to complain on their web site to get what you want. This is just a general complaint site, where you let people know what you think about a business.
