BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE: Terrible Service and Craftsmanship
Asked to have favorite boots (on the left) replicated -- the final product was not even close. The craftsmanship was poor, and the attention to detail was clearly lacking, heel was too high.
There was only one visit to have feet measured.
No additional fittings, no follow-up appointments, and no effort to ensure proper fit and approval of style. A call was received saying the boots were ready. When tried on, they were nowhere near acceptable.
It felt as though the boots were simply made without care or accuracy. When told they did not meet expectations, the response was essentially, "Sorry." No offer to remake them.
No refund. No resolution.
If considering custom work here, proceed with caution.

Rafaello is a con man who deceives clients through months of exaggerated claims and demands upfront payment. I felt bullied for payments.
He asserts that he has crafted a diverse range of shoes with varying heel heights, but ultimately lacks the necessary materials to produce a pair of boots. He requested to use the soles from an inexpensive pair of shoes I had previously worn that were old, dry-rotted, and deteriorated. He wanted to use my old soles because he could not get soles other than flat Vibrams. Also, his stitching and toe box were poorly executed.
Despite charging me for casts of my feet, he failed to create shoes that accommodated my wide toe box. Instead, he crafted shoes that were pointed, tight, and painful; my heel slipped out during each step. Seven months later, I still do not possess his custom shoes. I paid him $5280.60, and he refused to return my money.
Rafaello claimed that he does not give refunds and said to take him to court. He engaged in lengthy verbal conversations but failed to deliver on his promises.

We have been dealing with Rafaello for a year, trying to get some custom sandals made that would work with an ankle foot orthotic. While he may be capable of stitching some shoes together, where he lacks any skill is in the ability to listen.
Each time he sent us the sandals, they had to go back because of multiple issues. We would send videos, photos, diagrams, detailed explanations, and measurements.
He would attempt to fix only one problem and usually failed at that. We are at wit's end.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I called Seniors versus Crime gave them all information and issue was resolved the same day! Seniors Vs Crime is a direct outreach of the attorney generals office so if anybody has any monetary loss those are the people to go to
After numerous phone calls, texts, emails, photos and measurements, this man is incapable of doing anything right Even after sending a foam imprint to take the measurements of my foot the so called shoe mock up was wrong. Now 8 months later NOTHING.NADA.
Do not send this custom SCAM ARTIST exorbitant deposits and monies for leathers.

This so-called shoe designer knows nothing about designing shoes or business. He charges exorbitant fees, and deposits for work that he doesnt do or complete.
The work that he tries to complete is a disaster. Do not fall for his slick advertising videos, or anything else that he says because he will not deliver.
