Damage to all furniture
Movers Beware! Avoid Radio Express Logistics at All Costs!
I recently had a horrific experience with Rado Express.
They were hired to move my apartment, but their services were nothing short of disastrous. Not only did they recklessly transport my bed, mattress, table, and coffee table unsecured on the outside of the moving truck, but they also damaged nearly every piece of furniture moved.
To make matters worse, I've been completely ignored by their customer service. They've refused to return my calls or address the damage they caused. Beware of their deceptive insurance policy.
It offers a whopping 60 cents per pound per item, making it virtually worthless in the event of damage.
It's clear they count on customers not bothering to file claims.
I urge you to avoid Rado Express Logistics at all costs. Their negligence and lack of accountability are unacceptable.

Preferred solution: Compensation for all of the furniture they delivered damages due to pure lack of care of my furniture.
