Incompetence at its Worst

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Even though I have insurance I have been billed the full AMT the 3 times I've gone. I have had arguments with the staff that are lazy, useless and could care less about their job that I have zero copay and insurance gets billed then I get bill from the insurance.

Spoke to a rep at Blue Cross and they told me to find another imaging company and basically said it's the worst place to go. Straight from my insurance provider.

I listened and am getting better imaging service because of it. Stay away from this place if at all possible!!!

No development so far it keeps saying they're not responsible for items that they had in their possession and that they lost and someone stole

Original review Jun 21, 2022
What happened was that I miss laid my personal property at his facility and I called to me and talk to someone to retrieve it which they did retrieve it in at the time I went to pick it up they had no idea what they did with it now theyre saying theyre not responsible for my property after the manager told me that there was responsible and all they was doing was waiting for the corporate office to give them the go ahead to either replace it or cost of saving for it now and theyre saying its not their responsibility after they were responsible and now someone stole it or they lost it in their possession

More training is needed at the front desk

We arrived for mri appointment. We had made a special trip with requested documents.

We arrived and they could not be found. When asked where they were. The gentleman at the front could have cared less and didnt show any energy to search for them.

More professionalism and better dress code needed. Please use this information for better training purposes.(I have 35 years experience in medical administration.

Choosing my words CAREFULLY- I had an MRI performed by Borg &Ide in Jan. 2021.

A 45 minute test in which a trainee was involved and they charged my insurance company $1,650. Ear protection was minimal (sufficient???). Immediately after the testing, my Tinnitus worsened and stayed that way. Although we have excellent insurance, the price for a test, it turns out I did not require because the result was negative, was very high (excessive ???).

Although all necessary information was provided at time of service, RadNet continued to contact me for information that had already been provided. I so wish I never went to their office.
