Radius Bank

So last night. I looked at my current account and saw I was around 500$.

This morning when I woke up I was at 147$ with ZERO trace of where it went. Who knows how long this gas been going on for? I have been with you guys for almost a year now with no problems but then this happened.

I knew about all the bad reviews before I made an account with you guys but I WONT let anyone else influence me in the decision of having an account with you guys. You HAVE to make this right!

Opened account, deposited over $130K and acct was frozen right away when funds cleared. Money stolen

Do not bother with this bank, they will freeze your account without bothering to tell you why. And basically tell you we'll call you but never do. Go with a big bank, at least you can walk into a branch and sort things out.

I was a happy Lending Club investor until greed set in among a select few. I was getting 5 to 7 percent returns on my money, now Radius still wants my money but is only willing to pay me .40% for the use of it. Take your money and invest it somewhere else, you'll be much better off!

They are unresponsive know they are stealing. They are holding money that I transferred and will not let me access my account to retrieve it.

I am sure they will be part of a class action their policies lend themselves to fraud and soon it will catch up to them.

They have over 500000 $ of collateral on a 155000 $ balance in s a loan,when asked for a little relief,the answer is no,never late on a payment in 5years, they are choking my ability to work,they are in 3rd position on my house,my offer puts them in 1st or 2nd position and they won’t help-not good business!!!

After being a customer for several years, I noticed several fraudulent charges on my accounts. I reported them and after taking a long time to do so, Radius Bank finally sent me new cards and posted the refund for the fraudulent charges.

Two days after this, for some reason, I could not access my account online.

When I contacted them to let them know the website was not working they said my accounts had been closed and would not give me any reason whatsoever. I had to frantically open another bank account and change my direct deposits and am hoping everything transitions successfully.

They are holding $4000 of my money hostage as well and making me request to lose while also basically threatening if I do that my money will be held longer. So it seems like they have a history of holding people's money against there will and a culture of negative custoner service reps this bank makes me sick.

I'm filing a written complaint with FDIC and letting my experience be known on as many review sites and forms as possible so someone doesn't have to go thru the same experience as me. Now I cant even pay my bills because I can't take my $4000 out and I'm getting ocerdrafted and late fees on all my bills to which they don't even apologize for when you call absolutely the worst customer service and I used to do their job.

Absolutely HORRIBLE bank! The worst customer service that I have ever dealt with.

I've been waiting to receive my debit card for over THREE months! I've called customer service, had online chats and emailed them. NOTHING! They continue to say that it was sent, I've requested another card(s) issuance, still have received nothing.

Meanwhile, I have no access to my deposited funds, and unable to transfer out (because I don't have a card)! ....Stay away from this financial nightmare!

(I'm contacting the FDIC next, because I believe they are illegally holding funds.)

Any bank would be better than Radius. Do your research, and see that many other people have similar complaints about them.

This bank has been holding my direct deposit funds PAST the release date from my employer! My funds are verified to be available no later than midnight on Thursdays and today is now Friday and i still do not see my deposit. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau.

deposited into new acct at radius bank..went to transfer from radius to boa to pay my property taxes all of a sudden im locked out of my acct and have called every number available which never get answered emails not answered meanwhile taxes are past due they are holding my money hostage and wont communicate...any ideas on how to get my money back and how to stop them from doing it again.....im at a loss along with my money and it seems to me more and more institutions are doing this esc. Paypal which is the worst of them all period done

I have been waiting over two weeks for Aspirations/Radius bank to mail out a check for my funds for account they say they're going to close. The deposit was cash and a money order yet they claim it needs to be verified.

Money orders and cash are verified deposits! At this point they're holding my money hostage while I can't pay my rent.
