Ordered radio for my car- radio light didn’t work and CD player didn’t work. I paid 30 some dollars for shipping.
They wanted me to return and pay shipping again for there broken radio. I would have paid more for shipping then I paid for radio.

My Sony am/fm clock radio after 5 months the am radio stopped working. It has a one year warranty.
I summited my Amazon purchase invoice as was requested and it was denied. Previous to finding how to deal with my warranty I made three phone calls with the horrible wait times. I spent a great deal of time to try to resolve this for my $20.00 5 month old clock radio.
Radio's have been around for many, many years and I have never had one die. Their product is obviously junk and their warranty is a joke.
