Today is February 16, 2026 more than four months later and I still have neither the merchandise nor my money.
I have left numerous voicemails and attempted to contact customer service multiple times.
On one occasion, I spoke with a representative, but she repeatedly transferred me to voicemail and stated she did not have the authority to issue a refund.
She said she would pass the message along, but weeks have passed with no follow-up.
There has been zero proactive communication, zero accountability, and zero resolution.
It has now been nearly half a year with no product, no refund, and no meaningful customer support. This experience has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

I ordered a Motorola 306****H05 Flex Assembly cable on 12/31/24. It's now 1/30/25, and I haven't received anything.
The company took my money immediately, but here we are nearly a month later with no shipment, no tracking number, and no actual product in sight. I reached out to customer support, and the response I got was laughable. I started my email by expressing my concerns about the delay, and they simply said, 'ETA is showing to be 01/31.' That's it. Not helpful, not reassuring, just a vague, empty response.
The status of my order has only ever shown as 'Waiting for fulfillment,' yet they've already taken my money. If that wasn't bad enough, there's no tracking number, no updates, nothing to indicate that this order is moving at all. At this point, I'm seriously considering asking for a refund and reporting them to my bank.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this company, it's not worth the frustration or the wait. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable.

Terrible Customer Service/Shipping Product

I placed an order in May 2024. Not issues and thought I would receive my product as told.
Then I had to send an email requesting status and of course in was backordered until May 2024. Received nothing in May. I sent another email. ETA September and still nothing.
Here it is October 2024.

Ordered 2 in stock items on November 10th.
On November 14th I noticed that RadioParts actually processed my payment.
On November 16th the order still showed waiting for fulfillment.
I tried to call several times on the morning of November 16th - No answer.
I email customer service on November 16 sharing the above info, requesting a tracking number or order cancellation.
I received an email response from RadioParts that they would ship out the order maybe this week or next. -I requested they cancel/refund the order (which they did).
I did receive a refund on November 18th (showed up in my checking account).
My issue with this company is this; generally you take the money when you actually ship the merchandise.
Seven to ten (7-10) days of handling time is ridiculous and well outside of a reasonable expectation. I have done business with this merchant before and did not have such issues in the past; don't know what changed but I will never do business with them again.
Preferred solution: Nothing, just wanting to make the business practices of the merchant known to others.

Refund of shipping.
ZERO STARS. I placed my order on January 21st, with 2 day shipping, and on February 2nd I received part of my order.
I was required to take pictures of what I received including the box and labels to prove I did not receive the product. I asked for a refund and they then told me the rest has shipped. I spent a day calling and asking for tracking number and when I received it, I saw it was shipped standard ground. I called and they said that is because the first part of it was shipped 2 day, not sure how that is relevant.
I asked for a refund of shipping and now I have to call someone else who hasn't returned my call from yesterday. I asked for a supervisor and was given the same number.
I have never had such a horrible experience with a company. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
