I purchased a model GA-510 HT on March 1, 2026. Upon programming the radio, there is no transmit or receive .
This has now been confirmed by a local technician that the programming is correct and there must be an internal problem with the radio. How do I get an RMA to return this radio to you for replacement.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.
I sent photos and videos proving the problem! They told me to send a replacement device but since I no longer trust this company, I asked for a refund! They replied that it is not possible to send a return label from the company and asked me to cut the power cord of the radio and send a photo confirming that I cut the power cord! I sent the requested photo and now I am requesting a refund and the company is not responding to my calls!
I suspect that I was scammed by this company! Bad communication, bad service!
If I do not receive a response, I will proceed to dispute the transaction through my bank! One star, nothing more!

I told Pearl the simple question about the new 125b amp/att I got along with the new g90 20 watt radio- altogether I've spent over 1200 dollars on your equipment and the amp handbook say I must have the ce-19 package as well to hook up the amp to my g-90 radio and page 8 says I need this ce-19 I just wanted a clear answer do I need these-19 or not you translation is unclear on page 8 even Yaesue wasn't this expensive about answering tech qs- you folks are just greedy and for 40 dollar fee on my card isn't worth it. the money I've spent to date should make my answer real clear do I need the ce-19 or not? just greedy and I'm going to spear the word on your greedy around here- go back to Hong Kong.

I purchased the radioddity qt80 transceiver and the radioddity cbl-561 antenna. The system has been checked out and hooked up properly and it receives nothing but pure static on all frequencies.
There is no technical support phone number to call them for assistance.
I have emailed them and Im still waiting for a response. I feel as though Ive been abandoned completely with a brand new purchase from their company.
