Purchased new transceiver radio, and antenna from them and they do not work. Nothing comes through but static. Everything has been inspected and hooked up properly. There is no customer support number

I purchased the radioddity qt80 transceiver and the radioddity cbl-561 antenna. The system has been checked out and hooked up properly and it receives nothing but pure static on all frequencies.

There is no technical support phone number to call them for assistance.

I have emailed them and Im still waiting for a response. I feel as though Ive been abandoned completely with a brand new purchase from their company.

Wrong adapter sent with murs radio

I ordered a MURS 5 radio just the other day from Amazon. The adapter that was sent to me is cheap and not what the seller and company have advertised in their forums and with the FCC.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Finally got the radio

5 to 7 days was promised for delivery. It has been 12 days and no radio.

I want a refund or the radio.

There is no phone number to call. What legit company does not have a phone?

Ordered radio a week ago no movement help all ready paid for the radio ats 200

Ordered ATS 200 radio 4/202025 used credit card and it went thru and you were paid in full for the ats 200 1**** your shipping number a label was done 4/20/25 but no movement of. Y radio to me !!! GM30 PLUS MISSING SOME SPECS

I LOVE YOUR PREVIOUS RADIOS BUT I AM CONCERNED THAT ( NO ) SPEC. DATA ABOUT YOUR NEW GM30 PRO RADIO FOR WATER RESISTANCE OR TRANSMIT SPURIOUS INTERFERENCE

ISSUES HAS BEEN RELEASED. PLEASE GIVE US ALL THE SPECS LIKE YOU DID FOR ALL YOUR PREVIOUS RADIOS.

PS I OWN 6 OF YOUR HAND HELD AND ONE BASE STATION AND LIKE THEM VERY MUCH.

Radioddity has an extremely slow and incomplete solution approach to solving technical problems. They need to provided customer service technical support telephone number and much longer warranty.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. After trashing them on social media/ review then their manager of the customer service got involved Well long story short i returned item and received refund WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN

Radio and antenna sent 3-5 days after purchase still waiting for antenna mount and cable that's being shipped from over sea China Had i known the hassle they created i would have bought from another platform They offered 10 dollar gift card.I want to just return and refund the thing I don't like a practice of you pay and wait for your purchase and not told that the items are part of them are overseas
