A company not to be trusted
This company does not follow through their promises. They still owe me money for the shipping of an unit I returned ( I had to send it back to China).
Although the company address is in Texas, their products are shipped directly from China. First thing, they declared a false value of the imported items to avoid paying customs taxes. The product I purchased from them was not plug and play as they advertise. They are not straight forward players, the manager promised to pay shipping expenses back but they never followed through.
They stopped answering my emails when I requested a reimbursement. In summary, this is a company not to be trusted, cheaters.
