Get a warranty return number
No one ever came on the call. I sat there for more than 2 minutes of just silence.
I called the actual number for the corporate office and got the disconnected noise. I just bought this scoop free litter box. And since its mechanical I definitely want the limited warranty that comes with it.
After reading what is required for it I have to call customer care and get a warranty return # before I actually need to return it for any reason. So far that has been impossible 
I see why people have been getting aggravated with this company.

Petco liter tray standing order
I have been a customer for liter trays for several years. They are shipped from your facility at 3870 Ronald Reagan Pkwy.
I am attempting to adjust my shipping frequency but have not been able to contact the proper customer service provider.

Hello, I need to return a replacement flap for my dog door. It is not the right size.
While I am impressed with the quick delivery, there is no information on or in the package on how and where to return this product. There is an address in TN and one in IN.
Not sure which one to send the product back. Also, will need a refund as I have already purchased the correct size.

Great products, great customer support
I have a dog with mega esophagus, who has a lot of weakness in her body so I needed a harness with a handle. I ordered the wrong size so immediately had to buy one from a local store.
Thats why I returned the product from you and wouldnt easy. return it with us.
