They sent me a damaged radiator and when I returned it they said I had damaged it. Frank from there has the worst customer service I have seen and was rude every time we spoke. Do not buy anything from them. I am still waiting for my refund. They are a bunch of thieves. Do not buy or use their services. I will be placing a complaint with the BBB also. RadiatorsWarehouse.com ripped me off! I made the mistake of trusting RadiatorsWarehouse.com (***?) with an online purchase and they stole nearly two-hundred dollars from me. I paid for a product that I did not receive I contacted RadiatorsWarehouse.com by phone and email multiple times. I received an anonymous email from RadiatorsWarehouse.com stating they had canceled my order and refunded my payment. What a bunch of lies! I have a similar issue. They sent me a damaged radiator and are saying that I damaged it.
I sent it back and I am still waiting for my $. Frank from there is the worst employee ever, he has always been rude on the phone and is unwilling to work on the problem.
They are the worst. Stay away from that place!!!!!!!!!!!!
