I have a $98.87 charge on my bank debit card statement. I did not authorize your company to do this.

It has now caused me to have overdrafts totaling over $300.00. I absolutely need this credited back to me ASAP. I am an old lady with only Social Security as my income.

I need to cancel my subscriptions to the two products, due to no visible results after a year of use. The Customer Phone Number has been disconnected. The products are very expensive, almost $200 per shipment.

My card declined my monthly regular shipment. What happens now am I cancelled?

This is a scam & a horrible product.

They are like Robots. Tried to get my money back. Informed me since I did not cancel in time the product is mine. Offered me 35% off then 50% off of by bill. I declined. The bill approx $180.00. Declined taking the unopened products back. They did not care about my situation.

Told me that cancellation has to be done by phone, told me they win 99% of their disputes.

They declined giving me their mailing address, said they are not allowed to do so. This was after CSR told me they do not have one, then I advised all business have an address. Also address given to me one the first call is the warehouse. One second call to confirm address, then I was told they will not receive mail at that address.

Not very helpful. If their product is so good, they should be able to assist me. Not enough time was given to know if the product works. 14 days is not enough time, which includes the shipping time. Seriously.

Charge for product I have not received! Please refund!!

Five times I have tried to contact them! I am allergic to Revive!

Whole face swelled! Then I was charged$89+ and $88+ in 2 days! Two more boxes arrived! Want the money put back on debit card!

I was swindled out of part of my rent money by this company. I cancelled my account which i didnt know i had but they refuse to give me a refund. It's a sad day when fly by night companies like this seem to get ahead by taking advantage of people!!!!!

I was charged with 2 shipments that I did not otherwise! Allergic to product!

Beware!!!! This company is a big scam & there is no actual trial for $4.95!!

They will charge your account for $89.99 in 20 days if you order there product & there is nothing you can do to get them to refund or credit you! It is in tiny writing that you will be charged in full after so many days. Also if you dont cancel with them, they will continue to charge & send product on auto ship.

Here is there contact # for Customer service, they dont make it easy to find... 855) 633-**** I dont care how well this cream might work, I would never do buisness with a deceptive company like this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
