Company has not contacted me at all. I was billed again for another shipment.
Since I did not cancel with in 14 days i was billed for the actual cost. I do not recall that on the website. So I was billed for the trial box and the second shipment. I returned the second box certified mail.
I was told that they don't receive returned products and there were no notes of it being received. No refunds to my card as they told a million times. Also their favorite lines is that they win 99% of their disputes. I have disputed the original charges and will add this.
Will see what happens. There is no leadway with this company. Furthermore.
The product did not work on me. I used it over 30 days with no results.

They are like Robots. Tried to get my money back. Informed me since I did not cancel in time the product is mine. Offered me 35% off then 50% off of by bill. I declined. The bill approx $180.00. Declined taking the unopened products back. They did not care about my situation.
Told me that cancellation has to be done by phone, told me they win 99% of their disputes.
They declined giving me their mailing address, said they are not allowed to do so. This was after CSR told me they do not have one, then I advised all business have an address. Also address given to me one the first call is the warehouse. One second call to confirm address, then I was told they will not receive mail at that address.
Not very helpful. If their product is so good, they should be able to assist me. Not enough time was given to know if the product works. 14 days is not enough time, which includes the shipping time. Seriously.
