What happened to me at Radiant Beauty and Health resulted in severe medical complications, a trip to the hospital, and a court trial where a judge ruled against them.
Here is the truth about this clinic:
1. The Incompetence:
I was injected with Radiesse. When complications arose, the injector, ***, panicked and tried to dissolve it using Hylenex. Anyone with basic medical training knows Radiesse is calcium-based and cannot be dissolved this way.
*** then gave me aspirina blood thinnerwhich caused a massive hematoma and turned my entire face black and blue.
2. The Negligence:
Less than three weeks later, while my face was still compromised and red, they reinjected the exact same damaged area with more Radiesse. This directly caused a severe facial infection requiring emergency medical treatment and heavy antibiotics right before an international flight.
3. The Fraud:
They are actively lying to patients.
On their website, *** is advertised as a Nurse Practitioner (NP), and in the office, she wears a doctor's lab coat and lets you call her "doctor." In reality, she is only a Registered Nurse (RN). The owner, ***, was never in the office, leaving an RN to perform advanced procedures with absolutely no doctor on-site to supervise or provide the legally required good-faith evaluations.
4. The Lawsuit (Which I Won):
When they refused to refund me and tried to blame me, I took them to court. They tried to play games with their business names, but the judge pinned the liability directly on ***, PC.
The judge reviewed the evidence and ordered them to pay me a $5,075 judgment (including my court filing fees).
5. The Current Situation:
Even with a legal court judgment, they are currently in default and dodging payment. I am now executing formal collection proceedings through the county.
