Customer Service after Order

No live customer service - message says their phones are not manned - always closed. You can only chat or text. I tried to cancel my order with minutes of entering due to the notice I received that there would be a sale on Memorial weekend which would save me $700 dollars (I paid $2,466.99 and $429 for a 4-year warranty) so yes, $700 would be a great savings for me!! No one would reply until 24 hours later and the bike was supposedly shipped and I could not get my money back. *** poor customer service. I'm waiting to see what they do to correct this situation. Either I'll be pleasantly surprised with a positive outcome or I'll be deeply disappointed and will convey my message accordingly to all. User's recommendation: Wait to see what happens with my order before buying. It will show you the type of company they really are.

No one EVER helped me. I just cancelled my order for a RAD bike.

I would NEVER order from them again!!!! If they can take your money but not your phone call then you definitely don't want to do business with them.

Tire replacement

Cant reach a live person on weekends. Great company with great products. I am very thankful for them. Hoping I can be a better customer for them and send them more money in the future which I could do if I could reach them.

User's recommendation: Highly recommend company. Since they are so large, it’s be great to have weekend support.
