Broken zipper brand new case
They don't respond
Brand new cute rose suitcase, gold zipper. Retirement present.
I used it once, then the zipper separated from the strip. Zipper quality is poor. Can't reach anyone. Want to send a picture.
Think they should at least respond.
Can't find anyone to repair it. I love the suitcase and it's brand new, inside and out.
