Questions on store policies and customer courtesy
Was handled very disrespectfully at one of your stores over a policy that I was not only not made aware of before nor given a proper warning, but it doesn't exist. Highly disappointed with the way your staff treats its regular customers.
I'd rather take my business elsewhere. And I'll recommend all others do the same.

I've actually had multiple bad experiences with this brand. More will be explained in the screenshots.
To same. Regards, East palmetto raceway in Florence South Carolina to being overcharged and then being accused of a thief and told that I was trespassed because the employees there had done wrong I am going to be seeking legal action due to this being put on Google publicly. I wrote a review because the man who happened to take me at the register that day tried to charge me $5.49 for a 16 oz cup of cold coffee. My whole point at first was that the employee was rude very.
But that was nothing compared to what the owner turned around and did. First of all I've been threatened with the police which I'm not scared of because I've never stole anything from your store. Secondly, I was publicly accused of these things and told that there was videos numerous times. I had the right.
I'm certain to see said videos or else you guys really should be making something right with me. Also, I looked up the price of the 16oz cold coffee at most raceway franchise is about a dollar '09. Not only did This person try to charge me $5 and $0.40 more than that + he had the nerve to speak down to me at the register and then the owner followed up with the screenshots that I have prepared. It is my knowledge that if a store carries a brand such as raceway it also is obligated to carry their standards and I was not and have not ever been charged raceway's prices for their coffee cold or hot.
I also don't see raceway saying or doing things such as this owner did. This is really wrong and it sure shouldn't have happened. He's not okay to embarrass customers or accused them of things you know they didn't do just because you were found in the wrong of something.
I will not be you're back to your store as I was asked, but I will be seeking legal representation on the count of this. There is no way I should have been treated this way at all

I was told to leave the store when I took a sandwich from the back behind other sandwiches and was refused service because I wanted the sandwich with the darker bacon. I was told to get out and was refused service for choosing a sandwich behind another sandwich.

Hello my name is Lisa Cessna . I bought gas at this store on 2/26/2024 in the amount of 57.65.
TRANSACTOON #Fg3n95kyl9. I used my debit card and paid inside. The purchase on my card was released to raceway on 2/27/24. NOW I STILL HAVE A HOLD ON MY CARD FROM UR COMPANY FOR 57.65 THAT NEEDS TO BE RELEASED TODAY!
My Bank stated its the stores position to release the hold.
YOUR COMPANY HAS CAUSED MY RENT TO BOUNCE AN NOW MY CAR PAYMENT . THIS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS

Wasnt permitted to pay at the pump several times on one occasion with multiple courts with money Hilton I asked who ran the gas pump, and she said racial slurs like I was ignorant in Cleveland oh APD 40 today Sunday to 17 I believe 2 oclock I could prove that I attempted to purchase gas at the Pop several times with transaction documents. Everybody else was committed to pay at the pump, so kind a BROTHER Hood

Harassment from an associate
A woman named Lisa has been harassing my mom, today she pretended like she was going to shoot her. Laughs at my mom under her breath for no reason

Stolen money
Horrible customer service.
I paid for gas using tap to pay. My card shows that they money was removed and the status of the transaction shows approved.
However; the cashier keeps telling me that the transaction has not cleared which forced me to have to repay using cash. Ive gone back to the store twice for either credit for my gas or a reimbursement which Ive been declined both.

Verified Reviewer |Breaks the ADA Laws
I usually like going to the RaceWay in front of where I work. Most of the employees are great, but there is one that absolutely does not know the ADA laws and states they are following policy.
My recommendation is that all employees need to be retrained about service animals and what the ADA states about what questions can be asked. Beware

Your store# 6717 located at 1040 Golfair Blvd processed an unauthorized transaction by overriding and deducting my funds on 8/30/22. Please contact me ASAP to resolve/dispute information in order for me to report to my bank for fraud.
I've contacted the store directly this morning via in person.
The Supervisor told me he can't help me that I made the transaction. I requested he pull video surveillance from his store to confirm the date/timestamp & also Metro Inn & Suites video surveillance to confirm it was not me & I did not leave the Hotel premises during the time the transaction was made.
Note: the Supervisor also told me this has happened before to other customers so this concerns me very much for customers that are unaware it's happened to them.

The cook, was extremely rude and disrespectful, at no time, are you supposed to argue with the customer. You should always remain calm and hold your composure dealing with customers. He is lacking in
Cook at 1503 N. Armistead Ave,has a very nasty disposition to customers, very rude and disrespectful; and this is not the first time, he has displayed such a very negative attitude
Preferred solution: He doesn’t know how to treat every customer with respect. I shouldn’t have to experience this every time I come in the store, regardless if you like me or not, as they poetically put it; I am still a customer.He does not need to be employed here.

Over charging
This gastation located in mobile al on hwy 90 And Coca Cola rd is charging different price than posted this is not the first time that they have done this to me the lady that works the morning shift does this all the time
