Hello, I want to close my bank account. I don't live in the Netherlands anymore, I tried through my application and I can't close it.

How can I open (an international ?) bank account in Rabobank NL for accumulating my pension fund money, transferred from Shell Amsterdam Laboratory on monthly bases ? FYI: I am not a citizen of EU and/or NL.

In the past I worked in Amsterdam Shell Research Lab., and now I have a certain pension fund money to be paid by the Research Lab to me. According to the Research Laboratory, Rabobank or any other Bank of NL can open an INTERNATIONAL BANK ACCOUNT for me, where the pensions can be accumulated...
